Shipping and Return Policy

We offer delivery across all regions in the UAE.
Delivery time is between 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Shipping fees are determined at checkout and may vary based on the delivery location and package weight.
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Prepaid Orders: Cancellation is allowed before the product is delivered. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after the cancellation request is approved.
Cash on Delivery Orders: Cancellation is possible only before the product is shipped.

Returns are accepted within 2 days of receiving the product, provided that the product is unused and in its original condition and packaging.
Non-returnable items:
- Customized or personalized products
- Health and hygiene-related items
The customer is responsible for the return shipping fees unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., receiving a defective or incorrect product).
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method within 10 business days of approving the return request.
